Acceptance

These terms govern the use of fsk.technology, operated by FSK Technology ("FSK"), the Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 51.310.906/0001-43, São Paulo, Brazil. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this site is

fsk.technology presents FSK, its products, and its services, and publishes editorial content. The content is informational — it is not tax, legal, accounting, or security advice. Professional judgement requires a specific engagement with FSK.

Products and engagements

Products of the FSK group — fsk.tax, fsk.one — run on their own sites and have their own terms. Licenses and engagements are governed by the agreements signed for each of them; nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Products licensed through marketplaces

FSK products — including software, applications, agents, and data products — may be listed on third-party marketplaces (such as cloud and data marketplaces). Unless a specific license is presented with the listing, the following applies to any FSK product obtained through a marketplace:

• Products are licensed to legal entities and professionals acting in the course of business, not to consumers.
• The license agreement is between you (or your organization) and FSK Technology (the company registered under CNPJ 51.310.906/0001-43). The marketplace operator is not a party to it.
• FSK is solely responsible for its products — including their content, warranties as stated in the applicable license, support, and the handling of claims and disputes. Support: contact@fsk.technology.
• Products are licensed, not sold. Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell a product, and do not attempt to re-identify any de-identified or aggregated data, except where the law grants you a right that cannot be waived.
• FSK data products are reference and classification tables derived from official public sources, provided as described in the listing; they are not legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Intellectual property

The FSK brand, the site design, texts, images, and code are FSK’s property or licensed to FSK. Do not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written authorization. Blog content may be quoted with attribution and a link to the source.

Third-party brands and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach, overload, or disrupt the site. Do not use our forms to send unlawful content or spam. Do not access restricted areas without authorization.

Restricted areas

Some areas of the site are restricted to clients and invited users. Credentials are personal and non-transferable, and the material behind them is confidential.

Third-party links

The site links to external sites — including our own products’ sites. FSK is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, FSK is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its informational content.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, available on this site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the latest version; continued use after changes means acceptance.

Governing law and forum

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP.

These terms are published in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. If the versions diverge, the Portuguese version prevails. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
