Who we are

FSK Technology ("FSK") is the brand of the Brazilian software company registered under CNPJ 51.310.906/0001-43, based in São Paulo, Brazil — Av. Pres. Juscelino Kubitschek 2041, Vila Olímpia. FSK is the controller of personal data processed through this site (fsk.technology) and through the commercial relationships described below.

Products of the FSK group — fsk.tax and fsk.one — run on their own sites, with their own privacy policies. Where FSK products process data on behalf of a customer organization, FSK acts as processor (operador) and the customer is the controller — requests about data submitted by a customer should be directed to that customer.

Data we collect

We collect only what you give us and the minimum needed to run the site:

• Contact form — name, email, company, phone, and your message.
• Newsletter — your email address.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser, and pages visited, generated by our hosting infrastructure for security and operation.
• Language preference — stored locally in your browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, send occasional notes if you subscribed, and operate and secure the site. We do not sell personal data. We do not run ads. This site uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Legal bases (LGPD)

We process personal data under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018 — LGPD):

• Consent — newsletter subscription; you can withdraw it at any time.
• Preliminary procedures to a contract — when you contact us about working together.
• Legitimate interest — site security and operation.
• Legal obligation — when retention is required by law.

Data received from marketplaces and partners

FSK lists products on third-party marketplaces (such as cloud and data marketplaces). When you discover, sample, trial, or subscribe to an FSK product through a marketplace, the marketplace operator may share your business contact data with us — such as name, email, company, and the product you requested. We use this data only to respond to your request, deliver and support the product, and complete the related transaction; we send marketing communications only with the consents the law requires. The marketplace operator processes your data under its own privacy notice.

FSK data products listed on marketplaces are reference and classification tables and contain no personal data.

Sharing

Personal data is shared only with the service providers that host and run our infrastructure (cloud providers), under contract and only to the extent needed. These providers act as subprocessors; a nominal list is available to customers on request at contact@fsk.technology. Data may be processed on infrastructure located outside Brazil, with the safeguards the LGPD requires (art. 33). We never sell personal data.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Under the LGPD you can request, at any time:

• Confirmation and access to your data.
• Correction of incomplete or outdated data.
• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion.
• Portability.
• Information about sharing.
• Withdrawal of consent.
• Petition to the ANPD — Brazil’s national data protection authority.

Cookies

The public site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Restricted client areas use authentication cookies strictly to keep your login session. Your language preference is stored in your browser and is not a cookie.

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk — encryption in transit, access control, and restricted infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the LGPD requires.

Minors

This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor’s data reached us, write to contact@fsk.technology and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the latest version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
