We license what we build — platforms and data products, metered by the platform itself — and sell, provision, and govern the third-party stack around them: Microsoft, Google Workspace, Vanta, and xOne.
Two kinds of license. One accountable owner.
Our platforms are licensed to the firms and ventures that operate them — a monthly minimum plus a share of the revenue the platform enables, measured by the platform, not declared. Around them, the third-party licenses an operation needs — sold, provisioned, and governed, with cost control attached.
- Platform licensing. FSK platforms licensed to operators and partner ventures — method and brand included where it fits. Metering is built in: usage and outcomes measured by the platform itself, snapshotted per agreement.
- Data products. Curated, versioned reference data — licensed directly or through cloud data marketplaces.
- Microsoft CSP. Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing — sold, provisioned, and governed, with right-sizing and cost control attached.
- Google Workspace. Workspace licensing and administration for companies that run on Google — same governance, same accountability.
- Vanta & xOne. Compliance automation and workforce analytics, licensed through FSK — the programs on top are run by licensed partners.
- License governance. Right-sizing, renewal management, and cost control — licenses tracked against actual use, not against the invoice.
- Marketplace procurement. FSK software and data products available through cloud marketplaces — purchases can draw down your committed cloud spend.

How it is priced

- Per collaborator / per month — Third-party licensing priced per person, per level — the bill follows your headcount and your license tier
- No hourly billing — Governance is part of the price — not a timesheet attached to a license
