FSK runs what it licenses — hosting, security, sustaining, and compliance of the platforms themselves. Day-to-day operations inside your company are run by licensed partners from the FSK network, in their own name, on our stack.
One accountable owner per layer.
A platform needs an operator with its hands on the code; an operation needs an owner inside your reality. FSK is the first; the licensed network is the second. The license, the method, and the metering keep both accountable — in your language and your time zone.
- Platform operations. The platforms we license, hosted and run by FSK: availability, security baseline, backups, upgrades. The product is operated by whoever built it.
- Sustaining & support. Product support with a resolution SLA — incident investigation, root cause, fixes, and continuous improvement of what we license.
- Compliance of the platform. SOC 2, ISO 27001, and LGPD posture built into the platforms — controls and evidence you inherit instead of building.
- Operations by licensed partners. Tenant administration, compliance programs, workforce analytics — delivered by independent operators licensed on the FSK platform and method, in their own name.
- The metering layer. Usage and outcomes measured by the platform itself — the basis of the license, the bill, and the roadmap.
- LGPD by design. Each operator is a tenant; the end client owns its data; FSK processes it under contract. Tenancy is structural, not a policy.

AI watches the platforms continuously — anomalies scored, gaps routed to the accountable owner before audit windows close. A quarterly scramble becomes a daily signal.
