Deployment - From license to production.
Fixed-scope deployment for the platforms we license: integration, data migration, legacy modernization, enablement, and handover to the team that operates — yours or a licensed partner’s.
A license without deployment is shelfware.
We do not embed engineers and we do not sell hours. We put licensed platforms in production under a fixed scope with an SLA on the outcome — and hand the operation to whoever owns it: your team or a licensed partner. Effort is easy to buy; a running platform is not.
- Platform deployment. The licensed platform integrated with your systems — identity, data, workflows — against acceptance criteria agreed up front.
- Data migration. Your history moved onto the platform and validated by reconciliation, not by trust.
- Legacy modernization. AS/400 / IBM i, RPG, and COBOL — reverse-engineered with AI, documented, and replaced by platform modules migrated with parallel-run validation.
- Agents in production. Production agents wired into your systems, with approval gates on every action that has consequences.
- Enablement & certification. Your team — or the licensed operator’s — trained and certified on the platform and the method before the handover.
- N3 sustaining. Product-level support with a resolution SLA behind whoever runs your day-to-day — incident investigation, RCA, fixes.
AI inside
FSK deploys with AI in the loop — agentic coding, automated review, and continuous test generation — so deployments ship faster and the quality bar holds. On legacy estates, AI reads the RPG and COBOL nobody has touched in fifteen years: it extracts the business rules, generates the documentation, and produces specs from source.
Under the Hood - The stack.
Engineering
The stack we build in
- .NET / cross-platform — Production engineering with system parity — the target stack for rebuilds and new product work
- Your stack — Node.js, Python, or what you already run — we work in it, or migrate it, no rip-and-replace
- Legacy platforms — AS/400 / IBM i, RPG, COBOL, DB2 — we read it, document it, and migrate it. Strangler pattern, parallel run — no big bang
- AI in the SDLC — Agentic coding and automated review wired into delivery — speed without dropping the quality bar
Delivery model
How it is delivered
- Fixed scope — Deliverables and acceptance criteria agreed before work starts — scale by amendment, not by headcount
- SLA on the outcome — The contract is on delivery, not on presence — FSK carries the result and the risk
- Handover guaranteed — The deployment ends with the operation owned — by your team or a licensed partner, trained and certified
Human expertise
The team
- Product engineers — The same seniors who build the platforms deploy them — data model to production
- Data & security specialists — Migration, reconciliation, and security tooling — inside the same fixed scope
- Product/BA + coordination — Discovery and acceptance up front; one accountable point for the aggregate SLA
Platform Pilot
90 days · Fixed scope · One platform in production
- Choose the scope — one module or the whole platform
- 3–5 objective delivery metrics agreed in week one
- Checkpoints at 30 / 60 / 90 days
- Full operating price — the pilot is no-risk, not a discount
- Continue, license, or end at 90 days — no exit penalty
Legacy Assessment
90 days · Fixed scope · One module migrated as proof
- Full inventory of your AS/400 / IBM i estate
- AI-generated documentation of business rules and data flows
- Migration roadmap with sequencing and risk map
- One module rebuilt and running in parallel, outputs reconciled
- Converts into the migration contract — or stands alone as documentation
